Return Policy

Receipt of parcel

Our delivery service will contact you before the item is delivered. Please let us know if there are any problems with delivery to your address.
The recipient is responsible for unpacking and removing the packing material.
We respectfully request that you record a video of the unpacking of the item in order to initiate a return policy, if there is any evidence of damage and to determine the insurance claim.

You have 5 days after you receive the item to notify us of your intention to return it. You have 30 calendar days to return the item from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. – Your item must be in its original packaging.
Your item must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Upon receipt of your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will get your money back within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
